My background combines the areas of business and computing. I have achieved a BA(hons) Business Computing and Msc Management of IT. I also have a PGCE in IT and currently deliver web design lectures amongst other computing & business subjects.

I have worked as a lecturer of IT for over ten years. My passion for web design started in 1991 when I studied at Sunderland University and constructed a bare bones web site using basic HTML in Notepad on the old Mosiac Browsers.

Since then technologies have certainly developed as with the rapid growth of the web inspired back in 1991 by Tim Berners-Lee.
